Terms and data licence.

1. What Zeno is

Zeno is an early-stage research model that estimates when a forecast deserves trust. It is not financial, safety or operational advice, and it does not make decisions for you.

Every answer states its evidence and limits. Fields without a measured track record return a labelled reference, not a verdict.

2. Using the site, API and MCP

You may use Zeno for your own analysis and products, within the published rate limits.

Do not resell raw access, attempt to extract the model weights through the API, overload the service, or submit data you have no right to share.

We may suspend keys that break these terms or put the service at risk.

3. Your data

Forecasts and outcomes you send stay yours. We use them to answer your request and to keep the service secure.

We do not train on your data or publish it unless you opt in, for example by choosing public receipts or joining a benchmark.

Usage counts on the site use no cookies, identity or outside trackers.

4. Zeno's outputs and data licence

Outputs you receive (verdicts, receipts, diagnostics) may be used and shared by you, with attribution to Zeno when published.

Public benchmark and evidence files are licensed for research and commercial use with attribution, unless a file states its own licence. Third-party sources keep their own terms.

Published model weights follow the licence stated on their Hugging Face page.

5. No guarantees

Zeno is provided as is. Forecasts can be wrong and so can Zeno. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

6. Paid plans

Prices shown are early-access launch prices. Card checkout is not open; credits can be bought with $ZENO and are added after the transfer is verified; pilots are invoiced by agreement.
