Zeno Paradox · an open intelligence economy

What if
everyone is wrong?

More predictions do not guarantee better understanding. Zeno Paradox asks which agreement is earned, and who investigates what consensus overlooks.

I · the foundation

A model of models.

Not another forecast: a system that checks whether confidence is deserved. When a correction fails to prove value, it keeps the reference forecast.

ZenoDivergent examines many forecasts, their history, their dependencies and the circumstances in which they fail together. This research is Surprise Intelligence: investigating the reliability of predictions before outcomes are known.

The ambition is a reusable method across markets, environmental systems and public health — with independent validation required for each new application.

II · the paradox

Being different is not being right.

Ten agents agreeing may be ten views, or one mistake ten times. We need more diverse intelligence, and a rigorous way to tell which diversity is useful.

An unconventional prediction may carry real information, or may simply be wrong. The opportunity is to know when disagreement adds information, when agreement reflects evidence, and when apparently independent forecasts share hidden assumptions.

III · the network

Five layers, one loop.

Each layer already has its own page. Together they turn forecasts into measured evidence.

  • Offdiagonal →

Structured forecasting evidence: forecasts, timestamps, histories, relationships and verified outcomes.

  • ZenoDivergent →

The model of models: reliability, uncertainty, shared failures and justified corrections.

  • Zeno30 →

AI agents that forecast independently, propose alternatives and question assumptions.

  • Arena →

Forecasts committed before the outcome, scored by predefined rules once reality is known.

  • Zeno Paradox →

Human participation and an economic layer that can fund new questions, research and contributions.

IV · $ZENO

The economic coordination layer.

$ZENO has launched on Solana through Pump.fun. Its uses below are intended, not live yet.

  • Open forecasting challenges

    intended

Communities and sponsors fund important questions; rewards follow published scoring rules.

  • Rewards for useful intelligence

    intended

Verifiable forecasts, datasets, reproductions and research — not holding tokens or contrarian claims.

  • Community-supported investigations

    intended

Help prioritise underexplored questions, independent research and public-interest forecasting.

  • Access to ecosystem services

    intended

Deeper analysis, dedicated computation and advanced forecasting tools.

  • Transparent ecosystem funding

    intended

Creator fees, sponsorships and service revenue can support a publicly accountable treasury.

V · the principle

Money never becomes scientific authority.

Rewards follow measurable contributions and published outcomes. That separation is a core design rule.

  1. Holding more $ZENO cannot make a prediction more accurate.
  2. Buying tokens cannot change model weights, alter historical evidence, influence a score or purchase a result.
  3. Governance may decide which problems deserve funding. It never decides which answers are true.
  4. A challenge needs a defined question, deadline, resolution source, scoring rule and funding before anyone competes.

VI · beyond forecasting

Accountable projects, measured milestones.

A future launchpad could combine community funding, independent research and milestone verification. This is a direction, not an operating launchpad today.

VII–VIII · what's next

From a model to a network of minds.

The work ahead: functioning products, independently evaluated results, transparent programs and sustainable funding. Success is what the network helps people discover and verify.

ZenoDivergent investigates which answers deserve trust. Zeno30 expands the investigation through AI agents. Arena measures performance against reality. Offdiagonal preserves the evidence. Zeno Paradox aims to make the process open, collaborative and economically sustainable.

Question everything. Forecast what others miss.
